Welcome to our small family Biewer breeding

BIEW MAJESTY is located in Essonne 91, about 25 km in the south from Paris. We have established a breeding of exotic Yorkshire dogs and Biewer Terriers.

A bit of history

These are fairly new breeds. Originating from Germany, the Biewer Terrier is the result of selective breeding based on Yorkshire Terriers. In 1984, the Biewer couple accidentally discovered that one of their puppies had an unusually colored coat. Intrigued, they began working on this variation and eventually succeeded in establishing the distinctive characteristics of the Biewer Terrier.

The breed

This dog is known for its luxurious coat, often tricolor, with shades of white, black, and tan, which are the three required colors to be eligible for the French LOF pedigree issued by the Société Centrale Canine.

• It is also appreciated for its playful, affectionate, and loyal temperament. Although it is small in size, it is full of energy and loves to play.

• Its intelligence and adaptability make it an ideal companion for many families.

But there are also variations of this new breed that do not have these color characteristics and therefore cannot be classified as Biewer Terriers or receive the LOF pedigree, even though they may be recognized by the Biewer Club of France. That is why we call them Exotic Yorkshire Terriers.

Our kennel

Raised in a family environment, the Biewer Terriers and Exotic Yorkshire Terriers at BIEW MAJESTY are used to human interaction because they live with us and with other dogs, which encourages their sociability.

Biew Majesty is a member of the only Yorkshire and Biewer Terrier breed club recognized by the Society Centrale Canine : the Yorkshire Terrier Club and Biewer Terrier.
